Pricing:

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST. Candy Cane Kids Wear reserves the right to alter these prices at any time.

All transactions are billed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Payment Options:

We offer several secure payment options.

Pay with your credit card through our secure shopping cart page. Pay by direct credit (contact us for details) or through Paypal.

Privacy:

Candy Cane Kids Wear recognizes that your privacy is important. All personal information gathered will be treated as confidential, and will only be used for Candy Cane Kids Wear use. No information gathered will be passed on to a 3rd party without your prior consent. If for any reason you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please send an email to info@candycanekidswear.co.nz with the words UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject heading, we will endeavor to remove your address within 24 hours.

Returns:

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return the garment/s within 7days of receiving it and we will offer either a credit or refund less shipping costs. The garment/s need to be in an unworn condition and still have all labels attached. Simply send us an email returns@candycanekidswear.co.nz quoting your name, reference number and reason for return. Any courier or postage charges are at your own expense.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee, if you return any garments due to wrong sizing and a credit note is not taken.  

All garments that are returned due to faults will be donated to Woman's Refuge or Child Cancer.

Shipping:

$8.00 for track and trace courier New Zealand wide.

For international orders please contact us for a shipping quote.

Shipping Times:

Orders placed Monday to Friday will be shipped within 24 hours of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped within 48 hours or the next working day. Please remember shipping fees are not refundable on any returns.
